Associate Dentist Opportunity

Wholehearted Dental is a privately owned, fee-for-service practice in Vancouver. We serve a loyal, long-standing patient base, with roots tracing back to our origin as The Marshall Clinic, which has cared for the community for over 100 years. We are seeking an associate dentist who values sound diagnosis, clear communication, and long-term patient care. Our approach to dentistry is intentional, consistent, and grounded in established clinical principles.

This role is well suited for someone who wants to practice dentistry carefully and responsibly, in an environment that prioritizes quality, clarity, and patient relationships over pace or volume.

How We Practice

Our clinical approach is guided by Kois-based clinical principles, with a focus on accurate diagnosis and consistency in treatment planning. We take the time needed to understand problems, explain options clearly, and plan care with a long-term perspective.

Culture & Team

We place a high value on long-term team stability, professionalism, and mutual respect. Many of our team members have been with the practice for years, and we are intentional about building a workplace where people feel supported, heard, and proud of the work they do. The longevity of our patient relationships reflects this same commitment.

We aim to create an environment where dentists can focus on thoughtful, high-quality care without feeling rushed or pressured, and where collaboration and openness to feedback are part of everyday practice.

Technology

We use modern digital systems to support clarity, efficiency, and predictability, including:

  • CBCT imaging for guided implant treatment planning
  • Same-day crown and bridge using CEREC Primescan and PrimeMill
  • 3D printing and Exocad workflows for digital smile design
