Laurie has been the friendly face at the front desk since 1998, helping patients feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. She loves connecting with people, hearing their stories, and ensuring every visit runs smoothly. After more than two decades with the team, Laurie continues to find joy in working alongside such an amazing group of professionals.

Outside the office, she keeps busy with her two teenagers, trains for half-marathons, volunteering at the local parkrun and hiking in the beautiful local mountains.
